First off, let’s talk about those udon soups – absolutely slurpalicious! Plus, the staff were genuine gems, always warm and welcoming. The pools were massive, perfect for splash-tastic fun with the kids!
While we were itching to slide, the pool slides were out of order during our stay. The main restaurant felt like a bustling New York subway at rush hour, with lines that tested our patience.

Had an awesome time with friends. The stunning Atlas Mountains as a backdrop made our swimming and sunbathing unforgettable. A short trip to Guéliz offered a nice blend of culture. Just a heads up, the villas are really spacious and the staff always friendly, but we wished for better variety in the food.
We had an issue on our last day where not enough clean glasses were available during breakfast. It felt a bit disorganized at times.

The Deluxe Double Room had air conditioning, a minibar, a private bathroom, and a nice balcony with a view of the gardens. The fitness center and multiple outdoor pools were fantastic for relaxation and fun. The all-inclusive food options were varied and delicious with fresh ingredients. The staff were accommodating and attentive throughout my stay.

It was just a balanced option for a brief pause in Lahebichate with good value for money. I really appreciated having a glass of mint tea or coffee after our siesta by the pool. Make sure to try the fresh, homemade soups at lunch.

We had an awesome stay, enjoying the delicious themed kitchen nights and the relaxing heated pool. The well-maintained garden area was perfect for unwinding after our days of exploring. The dinner service could use a bit more staff to help with timely plate clearing, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

Our stay was heavenly! The heated pool was perfect for relaxing with our newborn, while the variety of cuisines kept everyone happy. The staff's warmth made it feel like home—especially during the themed dinners. Truly a family-friendly paradise!
In my wife's opinion, the rooms could better accommodate families—two of our kids had to sleep in the lounge. It would be great to have more beds in the rooms for larger families.

Kenzi Club Agdal Medina delivered a fantastic stay. The food blew me away with variety and flavor. Breakfast offered everything you could want, and the Moroccan dinners were a treat. The themed nights kept things exciting. My room felt clean and spacious with nice attention to detail, including daily towel changes and unique decorations on the beds. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Marrakech. Staff stood out for their genuine hospitality, especially Zouhair at reception, who went the extra mile to assist me. I loved the atmosphere around the pool area and the garden, so peaceful after busy days. On the downside, the dinner service needed more staff. I often waited too long for plates to be cleared. The entertainment could be intrusive when trying to relax, and I wished for less pushiness in getting guests involved. Overall, it was a great experience, but with a bit of refinement in service logistics, it could be even better.

My stay at Kenzi was remarkable. The spacious room offered great amenities, including comfortable seating and ample storage. The housekeeping, particularly Karima and her team, maintained high cleanliness standards, and their creative towel designs added a special touch. The onsite dining provided a wide variety of delicious food, especially during themed nights. The entertainment team was energetic and engaging, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout the day and evening.
Pool access fee was disappointing.

Exceptional hospitality defined this stay, with friendly staff like Uthman, Kawtar, and Yunus making a significant impact through their warmth and attention. The delicious array of dining options, including Moroccan specialties, delighted our family and kept everyone satisfied. The only downsides were the chilly evenings that required extra layers and an unfortunate lack of ice cream service during peak times, which could enhance the experience. Overall, the vibrant atmosphere and engaging entertainment made for a memorable vacation.
